Role Description
The Interior Tele Sales Specialist will play a critical role in driving sales and building strong customer relationships. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include engaging potential clients over the phone, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable interior solutions, managing sales leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The specialist will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to meet targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively and address their needs.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive performance and meet targets.
- Experience or ability in Training to guide customers through product features and benefits.
- Great interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer loyalty and trust.
- Proactive attitude with an aptitude for learning new products and tools.
- Previous experience in sales or interior design industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
