Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in art curation and selection for hotel and hospitality projects
· Work closely with interior designers, architects, and hotel teams
· Support senior advisors in preparing concept decks, mood boards, and presentations
· Coordinate with artists, vendors, and framing/printing partners
· Ensure timely execution and quality control at site
· Maintain project documentation, artwork details, and installation records
Requirements:
· Prior experience in hotel industry as a junior designer
OR experience with reputed art companies like Baaya Design / Manjula Design or similar
· Interior Designer by qualification
· 2–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel or hospitality projects
· Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and spatial aesthetics
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Graduated in Interior Design, Architecture, BFA (Fine Arts), or a related field.
· Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and familiarity with 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, or 3ds Max).
· Strong creative and technical sense, with a keen eye for detail, material, and form.
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
· Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a collaborative, fast-paced creative environment.
· Passion for art-integrated spaces and modern design narratives is a plus.
