Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor the progress of work.
- Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, and specifications.
- Read and understand architectural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and furniture drawings.
- Manage carpentry, civil work, painting, false ceiling, flooring, wallpaper, stone, glass, and other finishing activities.
- Take site measurements.
- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs) and share updates with the project manager.
- Monitor labour attendance and allocate work efficiently.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials at the site.
- Inspect materials received and verify their quality and quantity.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the design team to resolve them.
- Maintain quality control and ensure flawless finishing.
- Ensure work is completed within the project timeline.
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized site.
- Coordinate client site visits and explain work progress.
- Maintain site documentation, including drawings, revisions, work orders, and approvals.
- Conduct snag inspections before project handover.
- Ensure all punch-list items are completed before final handover.
