We are seeking a highly motivated individual who excels in effective communication and time management to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-day operations at interior sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure everyone is on the same page.
- Managing and coordinating carpenters and vendors to ensure work is completed to company standards.
- Monitoring progress and quality of work to ensure it meets company and client expectations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during execution to keep projects on track.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project progress, expenses, and any changes that occur.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies to create a safe work environment for all involved.
