Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor - Fresher located in Coimbatore. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and supervision of interior design projects. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing work progress, ensuring the quality of materials and construction, managing timelines, and maintaining communication with team members and clients. The supervisor will also support in ensuring that all safety and compliance regulations are met on-site, and contribute to delivering projects within scope and budget.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and site management
- Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage project timelines
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality standards
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to work at on-site locations in Coimbatore and manage physical worksite tasks
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Architecture is desired
