Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, based in Kochi. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site project activities, coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure that all work is conducted as per approved plans and timelines. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, supervising installation and construction works, ensuring materials and workmanship meet quality standards, resolving on-site issues, and maintaining safety protocols. The role requires effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a focus on meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and site supervision skills to ensure timely delivery and quality of work
- Knowledge of interior design principles, construction techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in using project planning tools and software
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client relationship management skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to resolve on-site challenges effectively
- Familiarity with safety standards and compliance regulations in the construction and interior design industry
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields
- Prior experience in a similar role or managing interior design projects is a strong advantage
