Role Description
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities at residential interior project sites in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that work aligns with approved plans, quality standards, and timelines. The supervisor will monitor site progress, manage schedules, track materials, and ensure safe and organized working conditions. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, resolving on-site issues, and keeping clients and internal teams informed through clear updates and documentation. The Interior Site Supervisor also supports final walkthroughs, quality checks, and handovers to ensure that completed spaces match design intent and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Project and site management skills, including scheduling, task coordination, and progress tracking.
- Knowledge of interior fit-out processes, materials, and finishes commonly used in residential projects.
- Ability to read and interpret interior design drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address site challenges and maintain quality standards.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety, cleanliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prior experience in interior site supervision or construction management is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, project tracking software) for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is an advantage.
