Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor located in Surat, Gujarat.
The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site project execution, ensuring designs are implemented effectively and align with client requirements.
Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with contractors and designers, maintaining quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project supervision, site management, and execution of interior design projects
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage project schedules and deadlines
- Effective communication and coordination skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and design teams
- Knowledge of quality inspection and safety protocols in construction and interior projects
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and design layouts
- Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges and implement solutions
- Technical knowledge of materials, tools, and methods used in interior construction
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
