Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Interior Site Supervisor based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with occasional remote work flexibility. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee on-site project execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately, manage timelines, and coordinate with contractors and vendors. The role includes quality control, troubleshooting, and maintaining adherence to budgets and schedules. Strong communication with team members and stakeholders will be essential to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and coordinate resources efficiently.
- Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials relevant to interior design projects.
- Attention to detail, ability to supervise on-site operations, and ensure quality standards are met.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative to handle on-site challenges effectively.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or equivalent tools is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in interior design project execution or site supervision is a plus.
