Job details:
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects (residential/commercial)
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, painters, and other contractors
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings and design specifications
- Monitor material usage and maintain inventory at site
- Check quality of work and ensure finishing standards are maintained
- Handle site measurements and updates to the design team
- Ensure project timelines are met and report delays/issues
- Maintain site safety and discipline
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding site progress
Required Skills:- Basic understanding of interior drawings (2D/3D)
- Knowledge of materials like plywood, laminates, veneers, hardware, etc.
- Strong site management and coordination skills
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle pressure
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil, or related field
- Experience in modular furniture, turnkey interiors, or residential projects
Salary Range:₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (depending on experience and project scale)
