Position : Interior Site supervisor
Experience : 2-5 Yr
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong site supervision and project coordination abilities, including managing on-site teams, scheduling work, and monitoring daily progress.
- Working knowledge of interior design and construction processes, including reading drawings, layouts, and BOQs, and understanding materials, finishes, and fit-out practices.
- Experience with quality control and safety practices on construction sites, ensuring adherence to standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with architects, interior designers, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools such as email, spreadsheets, and construction or project tracking applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site challenges, make practical decisions, and escalate issues appropriately to project leadership.
- Relevant education in civil engineering, interior design, architecture, construction management, or a related field; diploma or degree preferred.
- Prior experience in interior site supervision or similar roles within residential or commercial projects is highly beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and readiness to work on-site in Gurugram with a focus on timelines and client satisfaction.
