The candidate is a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Supervisor with proven experience in managing and executing interior fit-out and finishing works across residential, commercial, and retail projects. Possesses strong knowledge of interior materials, specifications, and workmanship standards, with the ability to coordinate multiple vendors, contractors, and on-site teams efficiently.
Key strengths include:
- Interpreting architectural and interior design drawings and ensuring accurate execution at the site.
- Supervising day-to-day site activities including carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, painting, and furniture installations.
- Maintaining site safety, quality control, and adherence to timelines.
- Preparing daily progress reports, labor deployment records, and material usage logs.
- Effectively managing workforce and ensuring high-quality interior finishes within project schedules and budgets.
The candidate should be proactive, responsible, and willing to travel to project sites as required.
Experience: Minimum 5 years
