Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor, located in Bengaluru. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee and manage project execution, coordinate with multiple teams such as designers, contractors, and vendors, and ensure adherence to project timelines. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, ensuring quality standards are met, and resolving on-site challenges effectively. The role also requires regular communication with clients, providing updates, and addressing queries to ensure successful project delivery.
Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in project management, site supervision, and coordinating work activities
- Strong understanding of interior design plans, materials, and execution processes
- Knowledge of vendor and contractor coordination for timely and quality project completion
- Proficiency in reviewing project documentation, including blueprints, layouts, and technical specifications
- Supported by excellent planning, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities for coordinating with teams and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a similar role in the home interiors or construction industry is an advantage
