Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Interior Site Execution Engineer at Archiville Design Studio. The role involves managing site execution activities, ensuring construction aligns with design layouts, and conducting quality control to uphold project standards. Collaborating with civil and structural engineers, supervising on-site teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders are also key aspects of this position. The engineer will ensure all projects comply with safety and regulatory standards while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in site execution and project management for interior or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Structural Engineering and proficiency in overseeing Civil Engineering aspects on-site
- Ability to implement effective Quality Control measures to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and to communicate progress with clients and stakeholders
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field is required
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, MS Project, or other construction management tools is an advantage
- Experience working on high-quality interior design projects is a plus
