Role Overview
We’re looking for an Interior Site Engineer who can take complete ownership of site execution—ensuring drawings are translated into reality with accuracy, coordination, and control.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Execute interior fit-out works as per drawings and specifications
✔ Coordinate with designers, consultants, vendors, and internal teams
✔ Monitor site progress, quality standards, and timelines
✔ Handle site measurements, BOQs, and material coordination
✔ Ensure smooth workflow between civil, electrical, and finishing teams
✔ Identify site challenges and resolve them proactively
✔ Maintain daily reports and site documentation
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant field
✅ Strong understanding of interior execution and detailing
✅ Ability to read and interpret interior drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred)
✅ Good coordination and on-site management skills
✅ Prior experience in interior fit-out projects is a must
Experience
🔹 1–5 years in interior execution / fit-out projects
Travel Requirement
✈️ Open to travel across Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad & other project locations
