Role Description The Interior Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the execution of interior projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure that plans are implemented accurately and safely at the project site. The Interior Site Engineer monitors daily work progress, checks material quality and installation standards, and ensures adherence to project timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, maintaining documentation and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant structural and safety guidelines. The role also requires clear communication with clients and internal teams to provide updates, manage expectations, and support a smooth project handover.
Qualifications
- On-site project supervision skills, including experience managing interior or civil works at active project locations.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, design teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Quality control capabilities, with experience inspecting materials, workmanship, and compliance with design and safety standards.
- Knowledge of structural engineering principles and practical understanding of interior fit-out and basic civil works.
- Background as a civil engineer or similar technical discipline, with a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications, and translate them into site execution.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of site management tools or software.
- Strong problem-solving approach, attention to detail, and willingness to work at multiple sites as needed.
- Prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects in Hyderabad or similar markets is an advantage.
