Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR, India for an Interior Shop Drawing Specialist focused on Middle East projects. The specialist will prepare detailed interior shop drawings, including joinery, furniture, and fit-out elements, using AutoCAD and other relevant tools in alignment with regional standards and client requirements. Responsibilities include interpreting architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with design and project teams, and translating conceptual designs into precise, buildable drawings. The role involves space planning support, reviewing and updating drawings based on feedback, and ensuring documentation accuracy for approvals and execution. The specialist will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to meet deadlines, maintain quality, and ensure clear communication across teams.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings for interior and fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed shop drawings; familiarity with Revit and other BIM tools is an advantage.
- Experience in interior projects, ideally for Middle East markets, with knowledge of regional standards and materials.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, and commitment to quality documentation and compliance.
