About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence through strategic business development.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and turnkey project sector.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project discussions to understand requirements.
- Present company services, proposals, and solutions to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the design, project, and estimation teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
- Maintain strong follow-up with clients for lead conversions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Track competitor activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close deals professionally.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Requirements- Strong understanding of interior fit-out processes and materials.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of sales achievements.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal preparation.
- Valid driving license (preferred).
