Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Sales Executive, or Presales Executive. Based in Bengaluru (HSR Layout), the role involves managing and driving sales operations, establishing client relationships, and providing pre-sales support. Additional responsibilities include working closely with clients to understand their needs, creating tailored sales pitches, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals
- Presales expertise in making presentations, preparing proposals, and providing tailored solutions
- Communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic software for maintaining sales records
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or presales roles
- Ability to work from the office on a full-time basis, energetic and customer-focused demeanor
- Background in interior design or related industries is a plus
