Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, including prospecting and building relationships with potential clients, providing consultations, and presenting solutions tailored to customers' needs. This role involves achieving sales targets, managing a team, creating strategies to drive growth, and ensuring excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle. The Sales Manager will also regularly collaborate with other teams to align on business goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Client Consultation, and Business Development
- Strong Team Leadership and People Management skills
- Proven ability in Negotiation, Communication, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Analysis and Sales Data Interpretation
- Ability to meet targets and work in a results-oriented environment
- Prior experience in home interiors, real estate, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service
