Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru South. Responsibilities include driving sales efforts to achieve targets, developing and nurturing client relationships, creating strategic sales plans, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals. The Sales Manager will also identify new business opportunities, maintain a high level of product knowledge, track market trends, and represent the company at industry events or client meetings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, business development, and achieving targets
- Strong customer relationship management (CRM) and client communication skills
- Knowledge of the interior design or home decor industry is a plus
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proven ability to identify new opportunities
- Leadership and team collaboration skills to guide and support sales teams effectively
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and utilizing data to inform decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in English and relevant local languages is highly desirable
