Job Description

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

- Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets

- Collaborate with the customer, understand their requirements, and give them the best design solution for their home, including but not limited to, quoting, detailed designing and getting production drawings ready for manufacturing.

- Handle incoming leads and generate new business opportunities

- Understand client requirements for residential interior projects

- Provide sales and design consultation to clients

- Coordinate with design and execution teams for project alignment

- Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals

- Conduct site visits and client meetings when required

- Analyze sales reports, project TAT and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Good sales and negotiation abilities

- Basic knowledge of interior design concepts and materials

- Ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in Interior sales

- Ability to handle end-to-end client coordination
