Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Interior Sales professional will engage with clients, understand their design requirements, and provide tailored solutions. Responsibilities will include building and maintaining client relationships, presenting products and design options, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting in the sales process. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and achieving sales targets through effective customer service and strategy execution.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and provide exceptional support
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Ability to guide and provide Training to clients or team members
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with interior design or architecture is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools or related software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
