Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru for an Interior Sales role. The primary responsibilities include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, showcasing and selling interior design solutions, offering excellent customer service, and building long-term client relationships. The role also involves providing support in training related to sales strategies and maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs.
- Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in providing training and mentoring to enhance team performance in sales-related activities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with interior design and related products is a valuable asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
