🚨 We're Hiring – Interior Purchase Executive 🚨
Are you an experienced purchase professional with a strong background in the Interior, Construction, or Real Estate industry? Join our team and play a key role in managing procurement operations and vendor relationships.
📌 *Position:* Purchase Head
🕒 *Job Type:* Full-Time
📍 *Location:* Mulund Check Naka, Mumbai
👨💼 *Reporting To:* Project Manager & CEO
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage procurement of materials and services for ongoing projects
✔ Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing
✔ Negotiate with suppliers for the best quality, pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
✔ Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships
✔ Monitor deliveries and ensure supplier compliance with agreements
✔ Maintain vendor database and commodity lists
✔ Coordinate with Estimator & Biller for material planning, utilization, and reconciliation
✔ Track and expedite material deliveries whenever required
Eligibility:
✅ 2–10+ years of experience in Purchase (*Interior, Construction, or Real Estate industry preferred*)
✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills
✅ Good understanding of construction materials and market pricing
✅ Ability to evaluate suppliers and market conditions effectively
✅ Certification in Purchase/Supply Chain is preferred but not mandatory
