Role Description The Project Manager role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Mathura. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing project activities, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will manage communication among stakeholders, monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors and logistics teams, supervising inspection processes, preparing status reports, and maintaining documentation to support project transparency and compliance. The role also requires close collaboration with internal HR and operations teams to align project outcomes with client expectations and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in expediting activities, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Knowledge of Inspection procedures, quality checks, and compliance standards for project deliverables.
- Experience in Logistics Management, including scheduling, tracking shipments, and optimizing supply chain workflows.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar software) and strong documentation skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Mathura and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
