Position : Interior Product Research & Sourcing Manager
Location: Pune
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Interior Product Research & Sourcing Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching premium furniture and interior products, developing strategic vendor partnerships, and sourcing high-quality products aligned with luxury interior projects.
This role requires strong market knowledge, vendor networking abilities, trend awareness, and excellent negotiation skills within the furniture and interior design industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify premium furniture, décor, lighting, and interior product vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury furniture and home décor brands.
- Source high-quality and trend-driven furniture/products for residential and commercial interior projects.
- Conduct market research to stay updated with the latest interior and furniture trends.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with vendors and suppliers.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and operations teams for smooth execution.
- Evaluate vendor performance, product quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Explore new sourcing opportunities and strategic tie-ups within the luxury interior segment.
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in interior product sourcing, furniture procurement, vendor management, or luxury retail sourcing.
- Strong network within the furniture, interior design, modular furniture, or home décor industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of furniture materials, finishes, pricing, and quality standards.
- Ability to identify premium and innovative products aligned with luxury interiors.
- Experience working with interior design firms, furniture brands, or luxury retail companies will be preferred.
