Site Engineer – Interior, Architectural & Landscape Projects

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer with strong experience in interior, architectural, civil, and landscape execution projects to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
Job Description
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in managing on-site execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, handling project timelines, and ensuring quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Candidates with hands-on experience in landscape execution, site coordination, hardscape and softscape works, irrigation coordination, and outdoor project management will be preferred.
Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi is required for effective communication with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams.
Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day construction and site execution activities.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, landscape consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards.
• Supervise interior, civil, architectural, and landscape works on-site.
• Monitor hardscape and softscape execution, plantation works, irrigation systems, paving, and outdoor development activities.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Manage material procurement, storage, and site utilization efficiently.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update stakeholders regularly.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues proactively.
• Maintain proper documentation, drawings, BOQs, and project records.
• Ensure site safety standards and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants for smooth project execution.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in interior, architectural, civil, or landscape projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience in landscape execution and outdoor development projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site coordination, and execution methods.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in construction/project management software and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel to different project locations if required.
