Role Description
The Interior Fit-Out Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with safety and design specifications. Key tasks include scheduling, resource allocation, quality control, and addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Proficient in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation for interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and design specifications.
- Experience in vendor and contractor management, including procurement and quality assessment.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic project environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in commercial interior fit-out projects is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
