Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior/Exterior Designer specializing in 3D design, located in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for space planning, creating designs for both interior and exterior spaces, preparing construction drawings, and developing aesthetic and functional designs. Collaboration with architects, project teams, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet client expectations is also an essential part of this role, along with incorporating best practices in modern 3D visualization and design methods.
Interior Exterior Designer 3 D 2D 1 or 2 + Years of Experience in Autocad, Sketchup, Enscape, or Lumion.
Candidates from Thrissur only
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design with a creative and innovative approach to projects
- Knowledge of Architecture and experience in developing and reviewing Construction Drawings
- Proficiency in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and integration
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills for project management
- Experience with 3D design and visualization software
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with teams and clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred
- Experience in similar roles or projects is an advantage
