Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Interior Estimator role based in Chennai. The Interior Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects, analyzing project requirements, evaluating material and labor costs, and ensuring accurate budget planning. The role also includes coordinating with design and project teams, managing timelines, and maintaining comprehensive cost documentation. Collaboration and attention to detail are key aspects of this role in ensuring project success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Estimation, Budget Planning, and Project Cost Analysis
- Knowledge of Interior Design, Fit-Out Construction, and Materials
- Experience with Analysis of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Tender Processes
- Strong interpersonal skills for Team Collaboration and Client Communication
- Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel)
- Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Previous experience in interior fit-out estimation or related industry roles is preferred
