Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Engineer located in Chennai. The Interior Site Engineer will oversee site activities, manage construction workflows, maintain quality control, and ensure adherence to project timelines. The role includes coordinating with different teams, interpreting project drawings, supervising civil and structural engineering work, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in On-Site management and supervision of construction activities
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams and vendors
- Knowledge of Quality Control measures to ensure project standards are met
- Expertise in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering principles and practices
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges proactively
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects is an advantage
This is a full-time from office role
Salary budget of this role is between 20k-32k
We are looking for minimum 2+ years of experience
The candidate must be a resident of Chennai
