Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Interior Engineer at Global Buildestate Projects Pvt. Ltd., located in Jaipur. The Interior Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing interior spaces that align with project requirements and client expectations. Key responsibilities include space planning, material selection, supervising on-site installations, and ensuring quality compliance. Collaboration with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver functional and aesthetically pleasing environments will be a critical aspect of the role. Adherence to project timelines and budgets while maintaining safety and quality standards will also be expected.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design, Space Planning, and Material Selection
- Skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and knowledge of other design software
- Strong understanding of Building Codes, Standards, and Environmental Compliance
- Experience in Project Coordination, Site Supervision, and Vendor Management
- Excellent Problem-Solving, Communication, and Organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of work experience in interior planning and execution
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
