Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designing Sales role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with prospective and existing clients, understanding their spatial and design requirements, and presenting suitable interior and architectural solutions. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, preparing and delivering design proposals, coordinating with the design and project teams, and supporting the conversion of leads into confirmed projects. The Interior Designing Sales professional will maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow up on inquiries, and help ensure smooth project handovers from sales to execution. The role also requires staying updated on design trends, materials, and market pricing to provide informed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to interpret client needs and develop functional layouts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Construction Drawings to support accurate proposals and coordinate with project execution teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection to align aesthetics, budget, and performance requirements.
- Strong client-facing sales skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.
- Ability to read and understand design documentation, floor plans, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in basic office and presentation software; familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in interior design sales is highly beneficial.
