Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Interior Designer based in Whitefield, Mumbai. The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing interior designs, creating construction drawings, collaborating with architects, and planning functional spaces. Additionally, the role involves selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that align with the project’s vision, and ensuring designs meet client specifications and standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and visually appealing environments
- Experience with Architecture and Construction Drawings to effectively translate design concepts into actionable plans
- Knowledge of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) selection and sourcing
- Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and timeline management
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other relevant tools is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and project teams
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is an advantage
