Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Interior Designer with strong site execution and supervision experience. The role primarily involves executing interior works as per designs provided by consultants, ensuring quality, timelines, and coordination across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise interior design projects on-site as per drawings and specifications provided by design consultants
• Supervise day-to-day site activities including civil, carpentry, finishing, and MEP coordination
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers for smooth project execution
• Interpret drawings and ensure accurate implementation at site
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to timelines
• Identify and resolve on-site issues in coordination with consultants
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports
• Ensure proper material usage, workmanship, and finishing standards
• Maintain site records, measurements, and billing inputs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in interior site execution
• Strong understanding of construction details, materials, and finishing processes
• Ability to read and interpret working drawings and GFC drawings
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Additional Requirements:
Proven experience in site supervision and contractor management
• Willingness to travel outstation for 10–12 days per month
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take on-site decisions
• Ability to work in fast-paced project environments
