- Space planning & material selection
- Handle client presentations and revisions
- Coordinate with Sales & Execution teams
- Ensure quality, timelines & customer satisfaction
💼 Sales Manager – KRA
- Manage and convert assigned leads
- Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
- Conduct client meetings, consultations & site visits
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Handle negotiations and close deals
- Drive revenue and improve conversion rates
- Coordinate with Design & Project teams
- Ensure timely follow-ups and payment collections
