About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Designer with strong sales skills to join our growing team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design along with the ability to understand client requirements, present design solutions, and convert leads into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and consult clients for residential/commercial interior projects
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets
- Create design concepts and space planning solutions
- Present mood boards, layouts, and design ideas to clients
- Coordinate with execution and design teams for smooth project delivery
- Handle client follow-ups and closures
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and service standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- 1–5 years of experience in interior design sales or client handling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or design tools preferred
- Sales-oriented mindset with good negotiation skills
- Experience in modular interiors/home interiors is an advantage
