Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer Sales role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves conceptualizing and executing interior designs, developing space plans, understanding architectural aspects, creating construction drawings, and handling furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selection. The Interior Designer Sales professional will also engage in client interactions to align design proposals with their expectations while supporting the overall project delivery process.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Interior Designer .The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, client meetings, design presentations, and closing interior design projects.
Key Responsibilities
Handle healthcare interior design sales leads and convert them into projects
Meet hospital, clinic, and healthcare clients to understand requirements
Conduct site visits and gather project information
Prepare space planning concepts for healthcare facilities
Present mood boards, layouts, and design proposals to clients
Prepare preliminary BOQs and commercial quotations
Negotiate pricing and close projects
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with design and execution teams after project confirmation
Maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital owners, and consultants
Follow up for approvals, agreements, and payments
Support business development for healthcare interior projects
Required Skills
Strong experience in interior sales
Excellent client handling and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing ability
Understanding of interior costing and BOQ preparation
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines
Good communication and persuasion skills
