Interior Designer with strong QS background
ROLE SUMMARY
An Interior Designer with strong quantity surveying (QS) understanding to drive design development, costing and execution for hospitality projects, ensuring alignment between design intent, budgets and timelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- BOQs and cost estimates from design drawings
- Design support and value engineering
- Tendering, vendor evaluation and negotiation
- Budget monitoring, variations and reporting
- Contractor billing and documentation
- Coordination with architects, designers and site teams
KEY SKILLS
- Knowledge of materials and finishes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Advanced Excel
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management
Required minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality industry.
