Role Description
Srushti Associates is hiring a full-time Interior Designer based in Pune. This on-site role involves responsibilities such as space planning, creating innovative interior designs, preparing construction drawings, and selecting furnishings, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) in alignment with client needs. The designer will collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative and functional spaces that embody the desired vision, and ensure all projects are completed to the highest standard.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
- Knowledge and experience in Architecture and preparation of Construction Drawings
- Familiarity with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) selection and procurement
- Strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Previous experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
