Key Responsibilities
- Design & Concept Development:
- Develop interior design concepts aligned with project vision, brand language, and target audience.
- Work on mood boards, material palettes, layouts, and spatial planning.
- Collaborate with architects and project teams to refine design direction.
- 3D Visualization:
- Create high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs for interiors and select exterior elements.
- Translate design briefs into photorealistic visuals for presentations, marketing, and client approvals.
- Ensure lighting, textures, and materials reflect a luxury aesthetic.
- Execution Support:
- Prepare working drawings and design documentation.
- Assist in material selection, vendor coordination, and site alignment.
- Ensure design intent is maintained through execution.
- Creative Collaboration:
- Work closely with branding, marketing, and leadership teams to create compelling visual narratives.
- Contribute to presentations, pitch decks, and campaign visuals.
