Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer (Drawing Quality Check) role based in Gurugram. The role involves reviewing and validating interior design and construction drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with design standards, and alignment with project requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with design and architecture teams, verifying space planning layouts, and checking FF&E details against project specifications. The Interior Designer will also collaborate with project managers and site teams to resolve drawing discrepancies, suggest design improvements, and support timely project execution. Maintaining clear documentation, version control of drawings, and consistent quality benchmarks will be central to day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Architecture, with the ability to interpret and refine design concepts.
- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings and Space Planning, ensuring layouts are practical, compliant, and buildable.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection and detailing, aligned with project standards and budgets.
- Proficiency in CAD and relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit) for reviewing and marking up drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve design and documentation issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in drawing review or quality check is an advantage.
