Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Interior Designer cum Architect who will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing interior and architectural aspects of high-rise projects. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, technical expertise in drawings, and the ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines including civil and MEP services.
Design & Planning:· Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
· Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and detailed interior drawings
· Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations
BOQ & Costing:· Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on architectural, civil, and service drawings
· Analyze material specifications, quantities, and cost estimates
· Coordinate with procurement and project teams for cost optimization
Technical Coordination:· Thorough understanding and coordination of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings
· Collaborate with structural, civil, and MEP consultants to ensure design feasibility
· Resolve site-level design and execution issues
Execution Support:· Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation as per drawings
· Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
· Monitor quality and progress of interior and finishing works
Communication & Client Interaction:· Communicate design ideas effectively to internal teams and clients
· Participate in meetings and presentations
· Ensure timely approvals and smooth workflow
Required Skills & Qualifications:· Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
· 3–8 years of experience in high-rise residential and commercial projects
· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools
· Good understanding of civil construction drawings and MEP coordination
· Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
