Senior Interior Designer (3–5 Years Experience)
What You'll Do
In addition to performing the responsibilities of an Interior Designer, you will:
- Lead residential interior design projects.
- Independently manage client discussions, presentations, approvals, and design decisions.
- Review layouts, 3D models, working drawings, production drawings, and project documentation.
- Prepare and review project quotations.
- Mentor and guide Interior Designers throughout the design process.
- Allocate work, review deliverables, and maintain design quality across projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor installation quality and resolve design or execution challenges.
- Ensure project timelines, documentation, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.
- Drive continuous improvements in design standards, workflows, and team performance.

Interior Designer (1–2 Years Experience)
What You'll Do
- Handle residential interior design projects from requirement handover to project sign-off.
- Conduct site visits, site measurements, and client discussions.
- Develop layouts, space planning, and interior design concepts.
- Create and revise 3D models using SketchUp and Enscape.
- Prepare colour palettes, material selections, and design presentations.
- Produce accurate working drawings and production drawings.
- Coordinate with production, project teams, vendors, and clients throughout the design process.
- Support quotation preparation by ensuring design documentation is complete.
- Visit project sites during execution to ensure design accuracy and resolve design-related issues.
- Assist Senior Interior Designers on larger and more complex projects while independently managing assigned projects.
