Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Interior Designer will collaborate with architects and project teams to develop design concepts for residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing interior layouts, space plans, mood boards, and material palettes, as well as coordinating FF&E selections and specifications. The role involves producing detailed drawings, supervising design implementation on-site, and liaising with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure design quality and timely delivery. The Interior Designer will also support project documentation, maintain design standards, and contribute to the studio’s overall creative direction.
Qualifications
- Strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to translate concepts into functional, aesthetically refined layouts.
- Knowledge of Architecture and understanding of how interior solutions integrate with overall building design.
- Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution and coordination.
- Experience with FF&E selection, specification, and coordination for high-end, contemporary projects.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong visual presentation skills, including mood boards, 3D views, and material boards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and quality.
- Experience in luxury or boutique design projects is an advantage.
