The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. You will take ownership of projects from concept through execution — collaborating closely with our design leads, vendors, and clients to deliver spaces that stand apart.
What You’ll Do
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, material palettes, and space plans aligned with client briefs
• Prepare detailed working drawings, elevations, and construction documents
• Create photorealistic 3D models and renderings to communicate design intent to clients
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure design fidelity during execution
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget parameters
• Participate in client presentations and incorporate feedback thoughtfully
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a design studio or firm
• Proficiency in at least one CAD software (AutoCAD or equivalent) — mandatory
• Proficiency in at least one 3D modeling software (SketchUp or equivalent) — mandatory
• Proficiency in at least one rendering software (D5/ Lumion or equivalent) — mandatory
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and spatial planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for design that goes beyond trends
Bonus Points
• Experience with AutoCAD + SketchUp + Lumion / D5 workflow
• Knowledge of sustainable design practices
• Experience in site supervision or project coordination
