Responsibilities
B.Arch degree with 0.5–2 years of experience in interior design or architectural design, preferably on residential or housing projects
Strong ability to develop interior layout plans, furniture layouts, and reflected ceiling plans for residential units and common areas

Hands-on experience in preparing detailed working drawings and GFC drawings for interiors (flooring, wall finishes, ceiling, joinery, and toilet details)

Proficiency in 2D drafting using AutoCAD for accurate and clean interior drawings
