Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Pune City. The Interior Designer will develop design concepts for residential projects, prepare layouts and mood boards, and translate client requirements into functional, aesthetically aligned spaces. Daily responsibilities include space planning, material and finish selection, FF&E specification, and coordination with vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure quality execution. The role involves preparing construction drawings and 3D visualizations, conducting site visits and measurements, and monitoring project progress to maintain timelines and standards. The Interior Designer will collaborate closely with clients, provide design presentations, and contribute to overall project documentation and design consistency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Interior Design and Space Planning, with the ability to create functional, visually cohesive residential environments.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings, including the ability to prepare detailed plans and coordinate with execution teams.
- Candidates should possess expertise in FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and styling for premium residences.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and proficiency in CAD/BIM and 3D visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Vray) are beneficial.
- Additional beneficial skills include strong visual and design sense, knowledge of residential construction practices, vendor coordination experience, and effective communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in pune , manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship and detail is expected.
