This is a full-time role for an Interior Designer. The Interior Designer will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces, collaborating on space planning, and creating detailed construction drawings. They will manage project coordination, select fixtures, furniture, and equipment (FF&E), and ensure alignment with project specifications and client needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Proficiency in developing Construction Drawings and understanding Architecture principles.
- Ability to select and curate FF&E to meet design and functional requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for project management.
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or hospitality design is a plus.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
